To guide students and parents in choosing the right academic courses, career paths, and institutions based on their interests, goals, and eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with students and parents to understand their education and career goals.

Provide counseling on courses, colleges, entrance exams, and career opportunities.

Assist with admission processes, documentation, and application forms.

Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions.

Stay updated on education trends, scholarships, and admission deadlines.

Maintain student records and follow up regularly.

Organize seminars, workshops, and orientation programs.

Guide students on study plans, career options, and skill development.

Coordinate with universities, institutions, and training centers.

Achieve enrollment or admission targets if applicable.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach.

Good knowledge of educational programs and career paths.

Ability to build trust with students and parents.

Basic computer and documentation skills.

Problem-solving attitude and counseling techniques.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred).

Prior experience in counseling or admissions is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
