Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and company website
Create, update, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images)
Process orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly
Handle returns, refunds, replacements, and customer support queries
Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, stock updates, and purchase orders
Maintain supplier records and follow up for timely supply and issue resolution
Ensure smooth communication between suppliers, logistics, and internal teams
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
Assist in basic sales, inventory, and operations reporting
Requirements:
Any graduate / undergraduate (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge or interest in ecommerce and online marketplaces
Willingness to learn ecommerce operations and supplier management
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or other ecommerce portals
Understanding of inventory and supplier coordination processes
