Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Duty Nurses to join our healthcare team. This role is open to both experienced nurses and recent graduates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. As a Duty Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct patient care, supporting medical staff, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care:

Provide comprehensive care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal hygiene and daily activities. Ensure comfort and safety in all interactions with patients.

Patient Assessment:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions, document observations, and report significant changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with doctors and specialists to develop and implement care plans.

Medical Procedures:

Assist with various medical procedures and treatments as directed by physicians. Ensure all procedures are performed with attention to patient safety and in accordance with hospital protocols.

Education and Support:

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Provide emotional support and answer questions to help patients understand their care and recovery.

Emergency Care:

Respond to emergency situations promptly, providing first aid and life-saving interventions as necessary. Assist with emergency protocols and coordinate with emergency services when required.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including care plans, medication logs, and progress notes. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Compliance:

Adhere to all healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and infection control procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with other nursing staff, medical professionals, and support personnel to ensure cohesive patient care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Experience:

Experienced Nurses:

Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.

Fresher Nurses:

New graduates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive orientation and training will be provided.

Skills:

Strong clinical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using electronic health records.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
