Job Description

Should be a female and resident of around 5 kms from Ganapathymaanagar preferably driving a two wheeler

Should create poster for posting in social media. Daily handle social media marketing and generate leads

should be able to handle a sales team, booking online complaints and service tickets,

allocate front end field sales team for daily routine works

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Content Management:

Create and curate engaging content for websites, social media, and email marketing, incorporating SEO best practices.

Paid Advertising:

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

SEO & Website Optimization:

Conduct keyword research, implement on-page optimization, and monitor website performance to improve search rankings and user experience.

Social Media Management:

Create and schedule social media posts, manage community engagement, and monitor social media performance.

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, often using A/B testing to improve effectiveness.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide insights to stakeholders for strategic adjustments.

Market Research:

Research market trends, identify audience insights, and analyze competitors to inform marketing strategies.

Tool & Platform Management:

Utilize various digital tools for campaign management, content creation (e.g., Canva), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
Key Skills

Digital Marketing Channels:

Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret data from web analytics and other tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for optimization.

Content Creation:

Strong ability to create engaging and relevant content for different digital platforms.

Marketing Tools:

Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, social media management tools, and analytics software.

Communication:

Effectively communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to team members and stakeholders.

Adaptability:

A willingness to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
