Skills Boost is looking for a motivated and creative Female Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about online marketing and growth strategies. This role is ideal for freshers, students, or beginners who want hands-on industry experience with real projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) Create & post content (Reels, Posts, Stories) Basic SEO & Website Content Optimization Run and monitor Google Ads & Social Media Ads Lead generation for courses & training programs WhatsApp & CRM follow-ups Assist in Digital Marketing Training Sessions (if interested) Reporting & performance tracking Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Google Ads (Search, Display & Basics of Performance Marketing Content Marketing & Branding Email Marketing Introduction to AI tools for Digital Marketing

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only Fresher / Student / Career Starter welcome Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing preferred Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Willingness to learn & grow Laptop & basic internet knowledge required

Stipend / Salary:

Internship: Performance-based / Fixed (as discussed) Full-Time: ₹10,000 - ?25,000+ (Based on skills & results)

Partnership:

50% Profit Sharing
