Key Responsibilities



Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat with professionalism and empathy. Take complete ownership of queries from initiation to resolution with proper follow-ups and documentation. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions. Proactively identify customer needs and provide appropriate guidance.

Key Requirements



Candidate with excellent command of

English (spoken and written)

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in

customer support or call handling

preferred. Proactive, empathetic, and capable of handling users with professionalism. Ability to multitask, adapt, and remain calm under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,850.34 per month

Work Location: In person
