We are looking for a representative to join our team at NextGen Property Adviser as a Customer Support Executive (Telecaller) - Outbound. The ideal candidate'd have strong communication skills, positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service.
Role and Responsibilities :
Managing outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
seize opportunity to upsell the product.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide appropriate solution and substitute within the specified timeframe and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain Client Interaction logs in CRM.
Stay updated on industry and best practices.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
You will be a good fit if you match the criteria below.
1. We are working on Saturdays and Sundays n our week off will be on Tuesday OR Wednesday.
2. Office hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm OR 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. (6 days working)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
