Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Provide professional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination.
Manage basic documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.
Coordinate between different departments for smooth workflow.
Handle multitasking responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Female candidate with strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Prior experience in
customer support, tele calling, or office coordination
preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
Pleasant personality, confident, and well-organized.
