Customer Support Executive (Female)

to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional customer support experience, handling queries efficiently, and maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, satisfactory solutions. Handle objections and conduct timely follow-ups with customers. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback with relevant departments. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
Requirements

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Hindi). Calm, empathetic, and customer-focused approach. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes. Proficiency in using basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.). Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an added advantage.
