We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive

(Calling Background Preferred)

. The role involves handling customer queries, making regular feedback calls, and maintaining daily/weekly reports of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make feedback calls to clients to assess satisfaction.

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

Maintain and update reports on feedback and support interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
