Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about diet plans, services, and updates.
Assist customers in understanding their personalized diet charts and address basic queries.
Record and maintain logs of all customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with the nutrition and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery.
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and support backend operations when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or front desk roles (preferred).
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
(verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of
MS Office
(Excel, Word, Email handling).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
