Role & responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Female -Customer Service Representative

at The Haelli in Gurgaon. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis

through calls, wats app texts, and resolving product and order related queries on different social media platforms

Preferred candidate profile:

Only Female candidates will be called for further interview process.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus

Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial

Experience in attending customers queries through WhatsApp chat, Instagram messages, Facebook messages.

Experience in Email and Chat Support is as plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
