Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
Handle member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Assist with membership queries, renewals, and service-related information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure smooth coordination between members and internal teams (trainers, sales, and operations).
Support in handling front desk operations, scheduling, and daily reporting.
Uphold FitClub's service standards by creating a positive and engaging member experience.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, or a similar industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
