Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
Assist customers with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations
Provide accurate information about tour packages and services
Resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude
Maintain customer records and follow up as needed
Skills Required:
Strong communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Minimum graduate
Prior experience in customer service or travel industry preferred/ BPO/KPOs
