We are looking for a proactive and organized FEMALE individual to manage incoming WhatsApp messages, handle customer orders, and ensure smooth communication with our clients. The ideal candidate should be quick at responding, have excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Check and respond to WhatsApp messages promptly.
Take customer orders and confirm booking details.
Maintain order records and update order status.
Coordinate with packaging/shipping team to ensure timely deliveries.
Answer customer queries politely and professionally.
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and its features.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Ability to handle multiple chats and orders at once.
Basic computer skills (for maintaining records).
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours: [e.g., 11 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Saturday]
