Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Retention:

Fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction to drive retention and repeat business.

Sales and Business Development:

Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing reports on customer interactions, feedback, and performance metrics.

Collaboration:

Working with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
