Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer calls and inquiries Following up with clients and providing service updates Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Coordinating with the internal team for smooth operations

Must be

fluent in Tamil

(spoken) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email) Experience in customer service is an added advantage Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
