Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries about IT courses and training programs.
Provide detailed information about course structure, duration, fees, schedules, and certification.
Counsel prospective students and guide them toward suitable courses based on their background and goals.

Admissions Support
Assist students with the admission process, form filling, and documentation.
Maintain accurate student records in the CRM or database.
Follow up on leads and pending admissions to achieve enrollment targets.
3.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with current and prospective students.
Address complaints, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally.
Build long-term relationships to encourage re-enrollments and referrals.
4.
Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with trainers, the academic team, and the accounts department for smooth batch scheduling and student support.
Prepare reports on inquiries, enrollments, and student feedback.
Support in conducting seminars, webinars, or demo sessions.
5.
Front Desk & Communication
Handle front desk operations -- greeting visitors, managing calls, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for students and guests.
