Maintain updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues or completion of processes.
Assist in converting inquiries into leads and achieving individual and team targets.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
Expertise Required:
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
(mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
