We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused
Customer Relation Executive
to join our team. As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer relations, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
