Sales Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, etc.) or courses effectively.
Understand client needs and tailor marketing solutions accordingly.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaigns and feedback.
Counselling Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective clients or students.
Provide clear and accurate information on digital marketing strategies, tools, and career opportunities.
Assist clients in choosing the right digital marketing package, course, or solution based on their needs.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
