Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and empathetic Female Counsellor to guide and support clients/students by understanding their needs, providing appropriate advice, and maintaining a positive relationship. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle different types of people professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide clients/students regarding services, courses, or career options.

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.

Understand the client's needs and suggest suitable solutions or programs.

Maintain records of counselling sessions and follow up regularly.

Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.

Assist in organizing counselling sessions, seminars, or orientation programs.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients/students.

Meet targets related to admissions, conversions, or client satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

Graduation in Psychology, Education, or any relevant field (Post-graduation preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic, patient, and good listener.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
