Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual or group counselling sessions to clients. Assess clients' needs, develop treatment goals, and monitor progress. Maintain detailed and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, or person-centered therapy. Collaborate with other professionals (psychologists, social workers, educators) when needed. Educate clients about coping mechanisms, stress management, and personal development. Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications:

Any graduates can apply.

Preferred:

Experience working specifically with women or adolescent girls. Fluency in local languages is preffered. Gujrati, Hindi and English.
