Job Summary:

We are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Counsellor to provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate educational, career, and personal challenges. The ideal candidate will excel at conducting personalized counselling sessions, creating actionable plans, and leading initiatives that promote student growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized counselling for academic, career, and personal development. Develop and monitor personalized action plans tailored to client needs. Conduct assessments and maintain confidential, accurate records. Design and lead workshops or seminars on relevant topics. Collaborate with team members and offer crisis intervention support when necessary. Stay informed on best practices and advancements in counselling techniques.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Counselling or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of counselling experience, preferably in an educational or similar setting. Strong interpersonal, communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications in counselling or related areas (preferred).
