Cost Estimator

with experience in the interior design sector to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design projects based on client requirements, drawings, and BOQs. Develop detailed project quotations and ensure timely submissions to clients. Analyze and compare vendor quotes, material costs, and labor charges. Maintain and update a pricing database for materials and services. Assist in preparing tender documents and support in project budgeting. Coordinate with clients for any revisions or clarifications related to estimations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in estimation and quotation preparation in the

interior design or fit-out industry

. Proficient in MS Excel and other estimation tools/software. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Should be based in Trivandrum or willing to relocate. Female candidates preferred.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
