Rexon Interiors & Landscaping is looking for a

skilled and detail-oriented Female Cost Estimator

with a minimum of

2 years of experience in the interior industry

. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately estimate project costs for interior and landscaping works.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior and landscaping projects. Analyse drawings, materials, labour, and vendor quotations to finalize budgets. Coordinate with the design, sales, and execution teams to ensure precise pricing. Maintain updated pricing records for materials and services. Assist in preparing BOQs, quotations, and tender documents. Evaluate project variations and update cost estimates accordingly. Support management in budgeting and cost-control processes.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Cost Estimator in the

interior sector

. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and market pricing. Proficiency in preparing project costing. Good communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Female candidates preferred.
