female Coordinator

to work closely with Management and provide professional support in scheduling, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage Management's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.

? Act as a communication link between Management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

? Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.

? Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of Management.

? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.

? Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official documents.

? Ensure smooth coordination of client visits, events, and business meetings.

? Provide general administrative and organizational support as required.

Requirements

? Female candidate preferred.

? Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Professional, confident, and well-presented personality.

? Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
