Okay, buckle up. Let me tell you how it actually is.

We're a teen personal care brand--smart, safe, and smells amazing. Moms trust us, and moms secretly steal our products from their teens, and we're kinda proud of that.

But forget the brand for a second. Let's talk about her--our Creative Director.

Here's the thing.

When you walk into the office and it's dead silent--like, eerily peaceful? That means she's not in. It's safe to breathe. Maybe even scroll Instagram out loud.

But if there's sound--like keys being smashed, long dramatic sighs, or her muttering "this idea was supposed to come to me in the shower"--just... don't make eye contact.

And if you actually hear her talking to a shampoo bottle like it's going to talk back?

Yeah, you should probably take the day off.

That means yesterday's idea is still haunting her, and honestly, it's safer to vanish quietly or pretend you have a fever.

We've all done it. No shame. Survival comes first.

Now... if you're still reading after all that, you might actually be our kind of person.

We're looking for a Content Creation Intern--someone who gets the madness, thrives in it, and secretly enjoys it.

Someone who can laugh in chaos, write like a teen, and think like a mom.

Someone who's fresh out of college, not out of ideas.

Someone who knows Photoshop, Illustrator, and how to survive a brainstorm that turns into a therapy session.

You'll be helping us make content--fun, smart, scroll-worthy stuff. Reels, memes, captions, ideas we haven't even thought of yet.

You'll be there when the idea hits at 7pm--and everyone suddenly becomes best friends again.

You'll probably learn a lot. Definitely laugh a lot. Maybe cry once. And that's okay.
