Key Responsibilities

Outbound calling to customers for

loan repayment & collections

Daily follow-ups and

payment commitment closures

Maintaining call records and payment updates Coordinating with field executives when required Achieving

daily & monthly collection targets

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Experience:

6 months to 18 months in

collection tele calling

Strong Hindi / English / Bengali communication Confident, persuasive & result-oriented mindset Comfortable with targets and performance pressure

Salary Structure

Fixed Salary:

?11,000 - ?25,000 (based on experience & performance)

Timely salary payout - no delays
