The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management, smooth functioning, and growth of the preschool. She ensures a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for children while maintaining high standards of education and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool.
Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being.
Supervise and support teachers and staff.
Maintain good communication with parents and address their concerns.
Ensure implementation of the curriculum and activity planning.
Monitor admissions, meet enrolment targets, and promote the school.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in staff.
Organize events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
Handle administrative tasks like attendance, records, and reporting.
Ensure a positive and child-friendly environment.
