Key Responsibilities of a Centre Manager in Preschool:1. Academic Supervision
Ensures the curriculum is implemented properly.
Monitors lesson planning and classroom activities.
Guides teachers in best teaching practices and child development methods.
2. Staff Management
Recruits, trains, and supervises teachers and support staff.
Conducts regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
Encourages a positive and collaborative work culture.
3. Child Safety and Wellbeing
Ensures the center follows all safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Maintains child records, attendance, and emergency procedures.
Monitors the emotional and social development of children.
4. Parent Communication
Acts as a bridge between parents and the school.
Handles parent queries, feedback, and concerns.
Organizes PTMs, events, and workshops.
5. Admissions & Marketing
Manages admission inquiries and conversions.
Promotes the preschool through marketing strategies and events.
Maintains admission records and targets.
6. Administrative Duties
Manages daily operations - timetables, staff schedules, events, etc.
Handles budgeting, fee collection, and reporting to higher management.
Ensures proper documentation and compliance with local regulations.
7. Event Coordination
Plans and executes school events, functions, and celebrations.
Encourages team participation and creativity among staff.
