We have an opening for Female Center Manager in one of fitness center.

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 5 to 8 years of Experience in Fitness / Sales

Salary: 28k to 38k

Female Candidates only

Responsibilities

Revenue generation - achieving the targets on monthly basis Assigning targets to the team members and efficiently extracting the work from the team Prioritize target activities and user groups Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes Forward up selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team Aim to preserve customers and increase the renewal business Increase the usage - footfall, conducting fitness activities etc., to motivate the customers and the team Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships Approach potential customers to establish business relationships Design and promote activities to meet customer demand Advertise and promote the center to increase usage Maintain high levels of customer care including customer grievances Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them Prepare projections, monthly or weekly reports for senior management. Manage maintenance & repairs. Cash maintenance and record keeping

Requirements

Experience in sales or customer service is preferred Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices Problem-solving attitude Excellent communication skills Aptitude for fostering positive relationships Teamwork and leadership skills Customer-oriented mindset Bachelor's Degree.
