Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the property, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and basic repairs. Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of facilities such as plumbing, lighting, and HVAC systems. Monitor security and safety on the premises; report issues as necessary. Provide basic care and assistance to residents (if applicable), including support with daily activities and mobility. Liaise with external contractors and service providers when repairs or specialist attention is required. Keep inventory of supplies and ensure timely restocking. Maintain outdoor spaces (if applicable) such as gardens, driveways, or parking areas. Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
