Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all course offerings, industry trends, and current job market requirements.
Communicate program benefits clearly and convincingly to prospective candidates.
Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
Generate walk-ins and effectively convert them into admissions.
Track and analyse enrolment campaigns; suggest improvements to enhance conversions.
Support overall business development and contribute to achieving team and individual targets.
