We're hiring a Female Career Coach for a 6-month contract in Osmanabad. You'll guide individuals in career planning, skill assessment, and job placement to help them reach their full professional potential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and group career guidance sessions Help individuals identify skills, interests, and career paths Maintain progress records and documentation Collaborate with local partners and employers Travel locally as required
Qualifications

Graduate (MSW/BSW/Psychology preferred) 1-3 years of experience in coaching, training, or counseling Good Communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools Willingness to travel within assigned locations
Salary: ?25,000 - ?28,000 per month
