Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident
female candidate
for the position of
Business Development Executive (Solar Calling)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions over phone calls, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth in the renewable energy (solar) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote solar products and services.
Generate leads and schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information regarding solar solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients over phone calls and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team to support business development activities.
Prepare daily/weekly calling reports and share with the manager.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate (Any stream, preference for BBA/MBA or relevant field).
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Confident, polite, and persuasive calling approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Interest in renewable energy/solar industry is a plus.
Key Attributes:
