2. Key Responsibilities
Assist in
recruitment
- calling candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining tracking sheets.
Support in
joining formalities
- document collection, ID creation, file arrangement.
Maintain
attendance & leave records

Help in
HR documentation
- offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, etc.
Coordinate with employees for queries, communication, and follow-up.
Assist HR Manager in daily tasks and HR processes.
Support in organizing
training, meetings, and employee engagement activities
.

Good communication (verbal & written).
Basic understanding of HR process.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
