Key Responsibilities:
Source new properties for rent/sale from all possible sources.
Match available properties to existing client requirements.
Maintain and manage databases of owners, tenants, buyers, and listings.
Regular follow-up with owners, buyers, and tenants.
Promote listings via social media: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
Create and post property Reels, posts, and YouTube videos to attract leads.
Visit and inspect new properties and conduct property showings as required.
Match and finalize ideal properties for the right tenants and buyers.

Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in social media marketing (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).
Basic knowledge of real estate listings and CRM (preferred).
Must be proactive, organized, and good at follow-up.
Should be comfortable visiting properties when required.

6 Days have to come office
Flexible timing + occasional property visits
Full-time (based on availability and skill)
