Female Branch Manager

to lead and manage branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Develop and implement business strategies to achieve branch goals and revenue targets Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve individual and branch-level performance targets Implement marketing and outreach initiatives at the branch level Achieve sales, service, and operational targets in line with company objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in EdTech, education management, or training institutes Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and counseling abilities Good understanding of digital learning platforms and educational tools Ability to analyze performance data and meet growth targets Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
