Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media. Provide accurate information and effective solutions in writing. Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Exceptional written communication skills. Strong typing speed and accuracy. Attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer support software.
