Boutique/Store Manager

Role Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to oversee client experience, manage walk-ins, and ensure seamless order processing. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and personalized attention our menswear and womenswear customers expect. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is capable of managing both in-store and online interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized attention and timely communication--via WhatsApp, phone, and in-person.

Walk-in Customer Engagement:


Welcome and guide walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they receive expert assistance with styling, selections, and order placement.

Order Coordination:


Manage the entire order lifecycle--right from order initiation to delivery. This includes coordinating with design, production, and tailoring teams.Maintain accurate and updated records of all ongoing and completed orders. Regularly update clients on the status of their orders and resolve any delivery or fitment concerns.Handle queries related to alterations, fit issues, or delivery timelines. Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive support and timely follow-ups.Maintain clear, concise, and brand-aligned communication across all customer touchpoints. Follow up on appointments, pending payments, deliveries, and client-specific requirements.Coordinate internally with stylists, masters, tailors, and embroidery or production teams to ensure client instructions are properly implemented.Keep client databases updated with order history, preferences, important event dates, and feedback to assist in re-engagement and personalization.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
