Educate clients on ingredients, benefits, usage, and application of cosmetics, skincare, and hair products.
Sales & Targets:
Drive sales by recommending products, performing demonstrations, processing transactions, and meeting store goals.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain clean, stocked, and appealing product displays.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
Customer Relationship Building:
Foster loyalty through personalized service, follow-ups, and handling inquiries.
Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on new products, trends, and application methods.
Essential Skills:
Strong product knowledge (makeup, skincare).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales acumen and ability to upsell/cross-sell.
