About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
with at least 3-6 months of experience in IT sales or client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
IT services, web development, AI automation, and eCommerce solutions
.
Handle the complete sales cycle -- from
lead generation
and
client communication
to
negotiation
and
deal closure
.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum
3-6 months of experience
in Business Development / IT Sales / Client Acquisition.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
