About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Business Development Executive (Telecaller) with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support our events and exhibitions team. The role involves client interaction, lead generation, telecalling, and traveling for business events.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients for event participation and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Handle inbound queries and provide complete event-related information. Assist in business development activities, client acquisition, and sales closures. Travel for business events/exhibitions when required. Maintain client databases, follow-up records, and regular reporting. Support the marketing and sales team in achieving targets.
Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle client queries professionally. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Willingness to travel for events and exhibitions.
Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, or client handling (preferably in events/exhibitions industry).
