Job Summary:
The Female Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. She ensures high standards of service, maintains the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and provides a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure prompt and courteous service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
Ensure the bar is well-stocked with all supplies and ingredients.
Suggest and promote cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks to guests.
Handle cash and billing operations accurately.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify age when required.
Maintain inventory, assist in monthly stock-taking, and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold grooming standards, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Bartending.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a reputed hotel, lounge, or club.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and beverage mixing techniques.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-focused.
