Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with day-to-day banking needs, provide excellent service, and help ensure smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries Process transactions accurately and efficiently Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs Handle customer concerns and resolve basic issues Maintain cash drawers and follow security procedures Support branch operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Graduation with any degree but should have 50 % marks. Previous banking or customer service experience is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and computer skills Attention to detail and a positive attitude
