We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Female Back Office Executive

to support our growing operations. The role involves managing administrative tasks, documentation, and assisting in coordination across various departments. If you're organized, computer-savvy, and eager to be part of a dynamic advertising environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle data entry, file management, and documentation Maintain and update internal records, client files, and project reports Coordinate with field teams and clients for smooth workflow Draft emails, reports, and presentations as required Assist in preparing proposals and media plans Manage office communications and support day-to-day operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Prior experience in administrative or back-office roles preferred Freshers can also apply
