We are looking for a

Female Back Office Executive

to manage administrative tasks, property data, and client records efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Handling property listings and updating databases (Excel & CRM). Managing client records and coordinating appointments. Tracking leads, follow-ups, and maintaining reports. Assisting the sales team with documentation and research. Handling emails, calls, and basic office operations.

Requirements:



Education:

Graduate (Preferred)

Experience:

1+ year in a similar role (Real estate experience is a plus)

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), data entry, and coordination.

Language:

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
