We are looking to hire an experienced back office Coordinator to join our busy back office team. As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies. \xc2\xb7 Assisting and coordinating with the sales team. \xc2\xb7 Assisting the Front Office team. \xc2\xb7 Assisting with inventory control. \xc2\xb7 Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars. \xc2\xb7 Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills. \xc2\xb7 Assisting and supporting management. Skills/Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or similar field. \xc2\xb7 Proven work experience of atleast an year as an Office Executive/Office Coordinator \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and time management skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software. \xc2\xb7 Well versed in Word & Excel \xe2\x80\x93 V\xe2\x80\x99Look-up, Pivot Table etc. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 High-level written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software. \xc2\xb7 Females preferred.
