Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic female attendant, living in Kharghar or nearby area to join our indoor play area team. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, ensure their safety, and help maintain a clean, fun, and engaging play environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise children during playtime and ensure their safety at all times. Assist children with play activities, and play equipments. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in play zones, rest areas, and toy sections. Greet parents and children politely and provide necessary assistance. Follow safety, hygiene, and operational protocols. Report any damage or safety concerns to the supervisor or manager immediately. Assist in organizing birthday parties, workshops, or events. Help with check-in/check-out and shoe or locker management if required. Ensure toys and play materials are sanitized and arranged neatly.

Skills & Qualities Required:

Love for children and patience in handling them. Basic communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Marathi). Alert, responsible, and friendly personality. Ability to multitask and work in a team. Clean and well-groomed appearance.

Qualification

:

Minimum 10th or 12th pass.

Experience in a play area, preschool, daycare, or customer service role preferred (not mandatory).
